APPLY FOR LIBRARY CARD
Apply for a NEW Library Card
You are welcome to apply for a new Tappan Library card online (or at the check out desk at the Library). You will receive your card in the mail. Your card will be activated the first time you use it at the Library. You will be asked to present picture I.D. and proof of address. All members under age 18 must apply in person at the Circulation Desk.
LOST, DAMAGED, REPLACEMENT CARDS
Lost, Damaged, and Replacement cards will not be issued via an online request. All outstanding fines/fees must be paid before a new card is issued. Please come into the Library and fill out the appropriate paperwork.
