Programs for Parents of Young Children at the Library Save the Date... Wednesday, September 29 at 11:30 am
Sips, Sippies, and the Scoop on Sleep with Katie Berry, LCSW Join other new parents, grandparents and others caring for babies and toddlers up to age three at a unique library program we’re calling “Sips, Sippies, and the Scoop on Sleep.” From the family bed to staying in bed and from napping to nightmares, Katie Berry, LCSW, addresses common sleep concerns by parents of infants and toddlers such as "what age should baby sleep through the night?" and "how do I know if it's colic or something more and when should I call the doctor?" She will also cover common concerns such as "how many hours per day should my two year old be sleeping?"
Katie is a Board member and facilitator of parent support groups at the Rockland Parent Child Center and has worked with parents and children together for more than 25 years.
A great opportunity to have your common sleep concerns addressed while sharing coffee and communication with other parents of babies and toddlers in our community. Infants and toddlers welcome.
There will be baby bits (snacks).
